I came to Rachel at a time in my life where I was at a cross road. I was lost and full of fear about which direction to go in. I had just come out of the trenches of early motherhood, and I didn’t feel like myself anymore. Rachel was able to take me back to a time of my life where I was free of conditioning. SKIN ISSUES

I worked with Rachel on skin issues – acne and eczema. The acne, I felt prior to working with her, was a physical trait that was part of me since I have experienced it since my teens. The eczema was new and what had prompted me to seek RTT for skin. Since it was a newer experience, I didn’t have a story of it defining me.
