HIGHER GROUND HYPNOCHANNEL is a live monthly group experience where I share the energy of the month and guide you through a group hypnosis and healing in line with the energy of the month. 

We meet live online on a Tuesday night (AEDT) around the start of each month (dates below). The first live call will be Tuesday 30th December, and the focus will be Releasing 2025 and Visioning for 2026.

WHAT TIME AND WHERE?

We will meet monthly (around the start of the month) Tuesday nights, 7pm AEDT on Zoom. Calls will run between 60-90mins. Call lengths will depend on the size of the group, the style of hypnosis used and the level of discussion. please allow 90mins to be safe.

DO I NEED TO PREPARE ANYTHING FOR EACH CALL?

Each session please ensure there are no distractions. Sessions will be a mix of coaching and hypnosis, so at times you may want to have a comfortable lie down. Leave some space for yourself after each session to integrate and process. Having a headset would also be ideal.
